In honor of National Infertility Awareness Week, join Dr. Dana Ambler of Denver Fertility Care, special guest Dr. Jennifer Moné Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in fertility, and Megan Wilson, a certified yoga instructor and fertility nurse, for a relaxing evening of yoga and discussing mental health tips on your fertility journey. The evening will start with a soothing 30-minute yoga session designed to promote relaxation and well-being.
Dr. Ambler is a Denver area leading double board-certified OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinologist at Denver Fertility Care. She has been practicing for over 20 years in fertility care helping thousands of people become parents.
For over 20 years, Dr. Moné has maintained a successful private practice serving couples, individuals, and families. Her specialties include empowering couples in strengthening their relationships, coping with fertility concerns, providing consultations for donors and recipients, managing grief and loss, addressing trauma through EMDR, and assisting with life transitions. In counseling sessions, she utilizes a strength-based, client-centered, brief therapy model by assisting clients in setting goals and making progress in a manner that matches their pace and needs.
Who: All are welcome—whether you're facing challenges in conceiving or currently on your fertility journey. Join us for an informative discussion and a calming yoga session designed to support your mental well-being.

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Megan will lead you through a relaxing meditation and yoga stretch class. Yoga will be taught at a beginner level.
7:00 pm - Dr. Ambler and Dr. Jennifer Moné will lead a discussion on Fertility and your mental well-being. Followed by a brief Q&A
