From initial planning to final installation, this lab was developed through close collaboration between Dr. Bruce Albrecht and Dr. Dana Ambler, as well as embryologists Jennifer DiStefano and Ellen Marello, who have contributed their expertise to IVF lab design projects worldwide.

Dr. Ambler is board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. She combines evidence-based medicine with a holistic, patient-centered approach, taking time to understand each patient’s needs and goals. Her interests include IVF, embryo genetics, and reproductive surgery, with a focus on personalized care and clear communication.
Ellen DiSesa provides trauma-informed, compassionate care for patients throughout their fertility journey. With a background in labor & delivery and OB/GYN nursing, she focuses on safety, open communication, and equitable treatment. Ellen is dedicated to helping patients feel supported and informed as they navigate each stage of fertility care.
Dr. Kloos oversees all aspects of embryology and andrology laboratory operations. With more than two decades of experience, he specializes in laboratory quality control and total quality management. His leadership ensures accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the highest standards in reproductive laboratory science and patient safety.
Matt began his embryology career in 2014 and has worked in several successful IVF laboratories. He brings extensive technical experience and a strong focus on precision and patient-centered care. Matt values the balance between scientific detail and human connection, ensuring that every procedure is performed with accuracy and compassion.
Dr. Llerena Cari brings over a decade of experience in reproductive laboratory sciences, including research, andrology, and embryology. Her work focuses on ovarian biology, fertility preservation, and reproductive aging. She is known for her technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and dedication to supporting patients through every aspect of the IVF process.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University and began her career at Vitrolife, an IVF biotechnology company. She has since expanded her embryology skills in clinical settings and enjoys combining scientific precision with meaningful patient interaction to support compassionate, high-quality fertility care.
