Front Office Coordinator -Englewood, CO 80112
Position Overview: Denver Fertility Albrecht Women’s Care has a full-time opening for a Front Desk Coordinator with infertility experience and/or OB/gyn. Ideal candidates will be experienced and knowledgeable with all aspects of front office duties in a medical setting. Other duties include assisting and improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all patients and visitors as they enter the practice.
- Check in each patient upon arrival.
- Responsible for gathering, updating and maintaining the patient demographic information.
- Responsible for scanning insurance cards, picture ID or other identification cards and prior medical records information into the patient’s medical record.
- Responsible for taking patient payments, procedure pre-payments, and past due balances and provide a receipt to the patient.
- Responsible for patient appointment scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments when needed.
- Communicate with patients in a timely manner when schedule changes are made.
- Responsible to handle confidential information and patient medical records.
- Answer phone calls take and triage phone messages, forward calls based on urgency and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assisting each patient with their appointments for the day, monitoring patient schedule to assure patient is getting to their appointment on time and with minimal wait time, effectively maintaining timely patient flow.
- Assist patient, staff, and provider, as needed.
- Responsible for calling each patient who has not completed the new patient paperwork two days prior to their scheduled appointment.
- Maintain positive relationships with other departments.
- Check fax machine, throughout the day and distribute all incoming faxes to appropriate staff member. Fax patient information, as directed.
- Assure the readiness of the lobby for each work day; open building at the designated time and ready computers at the front desk prior to patient arrival for the day.
- Participate in staff meetings and other in-services or training and is accountable for the information/education provided in those meeting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating accountability, flexibility and continuous improvement 1-year Fertility or OB/GYN experience preferred
- Prior knowledge and experience with CPT and ICD-10 codes is preferred
- Must be well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills

Ultrasonographer – Englewood, CO 80112
Position Overview: Denver Fertility Albrecht Women’s Care has a full and part-time opening for an Ultrasonographer. This position is responsible for advanced knowledge and skills to fertility treatment and the care of our patients. Must be able to take direction from the physicians as it relates to specific patient care concerns. Attentive to details and have a desire to develop professionally. Other duties include assisting and improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the business.
- Assist physicians with the uterine testing procedures and embryo transfers.
- Perform follicular, gynecological, and early obstetrical ultrasound exams.
- Performs diagnostic procedures and prepare patients for what to expect by explaining procedures.
- Sets up and adjusts all equipment and manually maneuvers appropriate transducers to perform exams.
- Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures.
- Performs routine and complex studies and assists in a variety of imaging procedures.
- Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations.
- Ensures equipment is properly functioning. Reports potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel.
- Ensures prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to EMR
- Assists in maintaining a clean, and orderly department to include procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms and any other areas in department.
- Performs other related work as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program is required.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a OB/GYN Sonographer is preferred.
- Must be certified in diagnostic ultrasound in accordance to state regulations.
- Current ARDMS license is required.
- Must registered in OB/GYN specialty.
- Current BLS certification is required upon hire.

Position Overview: Denver Fertility Albrecht Women’s Care has a full time opening for an IVF Nurse. This position is responsible for advanced knowledge and skills to fertility treatment and the care of our patients. Must be able to take direction from the Physician as it relates to specific patient care concerns. Attentive to details and have a desire to develop professionally. Other duties include assisting and improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor, develop, and coordinate care for all infertility and IVF patients to include in-vitro fertilization cycles and embryo transfer cycles
• Answer patient questions regarding patient cycles and calendars.
• Coordinate all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans with patient with direction from physicians
• Coordinate IVF calendars and protocols
• Patient injection teaching.
• Communicate with patients after ultrasounds, lab tests and results, physician orders, and other related tests or visits.
• Responsible for accurate, detailed and complete charting.
• Document into EMR all patient plans and interactions with patient and physician.
• Provide compassion and emotional support to patient throughout their infertility experience.
• Participate in educating and/or training nurses, as directed.

Position Overview: Denver Fertility Albrecht Women’s Care has a full time opening for an IVF Monitoring Nurse. This position is responsible for examination, diagnostic and treatment procedures and skills related to fertility treatment and the care of our patients. Must be able to take direction from the Physician as it relates to specific patient care concerns. Attentive to details and have a desire to develop professionally. Other duties include assisting and improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans with patient at direction of physician.
• Answer patient questions regarding patient cycles and calendars.
• Perform intrauterine inseminations, as directed.
• Obtain pre-authorizations for IUI cycles.
• Patient injection teaching.
• Follow up with patient after ultrasound scan.
• Assure accountability for infertility/IVF patients each day, including ultrasounds, lab tests, physician orders, and other related items.
• Communicate with patient in person or on the telephone regarding patient medication, treatment plans, and test results.
• Document into EMR all patient plans and interactions with patient and physician.
• Provide compassion and emotional support to patient throughout their infertility experience.
• Participate in educating and/or training nurses, as directed.
• Support the Denver Fertility management team as necessary
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
